Design-wise, the Keeway RR 300 adopts an aggressive, sharp look. It gets angular boomerang-shaped LED daytime running lamps alongside a dual-headlamp setup, all packaged into a chiseled fairing that gives the bike a layered and aerodynamic look. The tail rounds off into a sharp, angular tail section. Adding to its sporty nature is the "Ride Rebel" sticker placed under the fuel tank. There are three paint options available for buyers—white, black, and red.

Beneath its complete fairing, the RR 300 gets a trellis frame to work on. Suspension is provided by upside-down (USD) front forks and a rear monoshock. Braking is through disc brakes at both wheels, with dual-channel ABS for safety cover in addition. Other features include a fully digital instrument cluster and a 12-litre fuel tank. The bike is shod with a 110/70 R17 front tyre and a slightly wider 140/60 R17 rear tyre.

Powered by a 292 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that churns out 27 hp at 8,750 rpm and 25 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm, the RR 300 is mated to a six-speed gearbox and features a slipper clutch for smoother downshifts. The motorcycle can reach a top speed of 139 kmph.
