On first inspection, the refreshed Glamour X appears more muscular due to an overhauled body design. The fuel tank now boasts dynamic shrouds with more aggressive lines and contours, contributing to the road presence of the bike. At the front, the motorcycle receives a new headlamp with a redesigned H-shaped DRL, while the rear lamp adheres to the same theme of modern styling. The single-seat continues, but the new lighting and bodywork provide the bike with a higher premium and modern look.

Hero has also optimized the riding position for better day-to-day use. The handlebars are wider by 30 mm, providing better control, and the vertical seating position is aided by the seat height of 790 mm and ground clearance of 170 mm. The pillion rider gets a 10 percent larger seat along with the increased strength and width of grab rails to provide more comfort and safety.

Setting new standards for the segment, Hero has also added ride-by-wire technology, cruise control, and three ride modes—Eco, Road, and Power. For enhanced safety, the bike also features a rear panic brake alert system.
