BMW Unveils New Electric Model in Indian Market

BMW i5 M60 xDrive has been launched for India for the new entrant into the electric vehicle lineup at Rs. 1,19,50,000 (ex-showroom). The electric vehicle is available in vivid colors like Alpine White, M Brooklyn Grey, and Cape York Green, among others. This car is now available at BMW dealerships across the country as a Completely Built-Up Unit (CBU).

The BMW i5 M60 xDrive is available with a standard two-year unlimited-kilometer warranty that can also be extended with the warranty benefits of Repair Inclusive for up to five years without mileage restrictions. The high-voltage battery is also covered under an eight-year warranty or up to 160,000 kilometers.

Safety features are six airbags, attentiveness assistance, dynamic stability control (DSC) with cornering brake control (CBC), and side-impact protection. The vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/hr in just 3.8 seconds and reaches a top speed of 230 km/hr.

The BMW i5 M60 xDrive comes equipped with a free BMW Wallbox charger for home installation, allowing it to be safely and effectively charged up to 11 kW. Another option for more flexibility in charging includes a 22 kW AC Charging Professional.
