Tragic Shooting Claims Life of Indian-Origin Woman in US, Another Injured

A tragic incident unfolded in Middlesex County, New Jersey, as two Indian-origin women became the targets of a shooting, one of whom lost her life while the other is struggling for her life. Officials said the shooting occurred on June 12 and the two victims, airlifted to the hospital, were identified as Jasvir Kaur, 29, of Williams Township, PA, who was pronounced dead at the hospital and her cousin, age 20 of Jersey City, NJ, who remains critically injured.
