Kiev TV tower bombed after Kremlin told civilians to flee
At least two large blasts were seen near the foot of the tower, around three miles from central Kiev, at around 5.30 pm local time. It was not immediately clear whether the tower had been the target of the strikes, or whether they had been targeting nearby buildings. The tower remained standing, but several state broadcasts went off air, the report said.

Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi said, "Urgently, the village of Nizy in the Sumy region, enemy vehicles are driving through the village of Nizy and its environs! The enemy travels through the villages with white flags and shoots civilians!" Ukrainska Pavda reported. Later, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration said that a column of enemy vehicles was travelling through Sumy, and there were airstrikes too.

Russian military warns to hit facilities in Kiev, asks civilians to leave
The Russians will target the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the 72nd Main Centre for Information and Psychological Operations (PSO) in Kiev, the Russian defence ministry said in a statement. "In order to suppress information attacks against Russia, the technological facilities of the SBU and the 72nd main PSO centre in Kiev will be hit with high-precision weapons," the statement said.
Missile damages govt building in Kharkiv
CCTV video posted on social media shows a missile-shaped projectile causing a massive explosion, RT reported. Ukrainian emergency services said it was an airstrike carried out by Russian forces, and urged locals to seek shelter. RT was unable to independently verify this claim. Emergency services said six people were injured, including a child.
