Netflix rolls out 'Profile Transfer' to prevent password-sharing
The "much requested" feature allow users to transfer their personalised recommendations, viewing history, My List, saved games, and other preferences to a new account when they start their own membership, said the company. The users will receive a notification through email, as soon as the 'Profile Transfer' becomes accessible on their account.
Donald Trump's Truth Social app back on Google Play Store
Shares of Trump's company Digital World Acquisition Corp went up in the after-hours trading after Google's decision. According to TechCrunch, the micro-blogging site is gradually rolling out a feature to restrict sensitive tweets unless users have a birthdate attached to their accounts and are over 18. "We are constantly iterating on our work to give people more choice and control over their experience, as well as to make Twitter safer for everyone," a company spokesperson was quoted as saying.

According to 9to5Mac, the company said that the "test went well" and it is now "gradually rolling out Edit Tweet to all US Twitter Blue subscribers".

Businesses can now place ads in Explore home, the grid people see when they first arrive on the Explore tab.
"We are also beginning to test ads in profile feed, which is the feed experience that people can scroll through after visiting another account's profile and tapping on a post," the company said in the blogpost.

According to a report in Insider, the senior executives are in the process of executing "quiet layoffs" of underperforming workers. Several employees told Insider that as much as 15 per cent of the workforce could be cut within the next few weeks. This means that some 12,000 employees could be out of jobs soon.
