Samsung confirms Aug 10 as next 'Galaxy Unpacked' with cryptic images

Samsung's new foldables likely to arrive on August 10

According to an image leaked by tipster Evan Blass, Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldable, along with rumoured Galaxy Fold 4, is expected among several devices being launched at the �Galaxy Unpacked' event. The company was yet to confirm the launch date for new foldables. The August 10 date for Samsung's upcoming launch was earlier spotted by Jon Prosser. Samsung's upcoming foldable may come with the "best 3x zoom camera ever seen on a Samsung phone".
Samsung estimates $11 bn in Q2 profit riding on chip biz

In its earnings guidance, the South Korean tech giant estimated its operating profit at 14 trillion won ($11 billion) for the April-June period, up 11.38 per cent from a year ago. Its Q2 operating income estimate is slightly lower than analysts' earnings expectations of 14.5 trillion won in the data compiled by Yonhap Infomax, the financial arm of Yonhap News Agency.

It will be available in waterfall blue, sunrise copper and nightsky green colours from June 29 on online and at select retail stores. Samsung launches Wallet to streamline digital keys, payment

The company said that Samsung Wallet is protected by defence-grade security from Samsung Knox and takes advantage of an open Galaxy ecosystem by integrating with Samsung Blockchain Wallet to easily monitor cryptocurrencies and SmartThings to unlock doors.
Samsung set to unveil 3 Galaxy Watch 5 variants in August

According to a report in GoAndroid, the three Galaxy Watches are likely to come in 40mm, 44mm and 46mm variants. The SM-R900 Watch model will support Wifi, Bluetooth and NFC. The SM-R910 and SM-R920 Galaxy Watch 5 models will also offer the same connectivity options of WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC connectivity onboard, according to the FCC website.
