A special bench comprising Justices Sanjiv Khanna and SV Bhatti ordered police authorities of Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh to ensure that no hate speech is given against any community or violence or damage to property takes place during the protest rallies being planned by the religious groups.

According to the Haryana government, the victims comprised two home guards and four civilians. The district administration also said that 26 FIRs have been filed at different police stations in Nuh in connection to the communal riot that erupted in Nuh on Monday and spread to Gurugram on Tuesday.

15 new ministers sworn in Rajasthan cabinet expansion

The Governor administered the oath of office and secrecy to Hemaram Choudhary first who had resigned from the post of MLA in May accusing the government of neglecting his constituency. Hemaram has now been given a cabinet berth in place of Harish Chaudhary. Next, Mahendrajit Singh Malviya was sworn in at number two and Ramlal Jat came at number three. Jat touched the feet of the Chief Minister. New minister of state Zahida Khan took oath in English.

However, suspense remains on those who have been dropped from the Cabinet. Among the ministers who are to be sworn in on Sunday include Hemaram Chaudhary, Ramesh Meena and Vishvendra Singh -- from former deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot's camp. While Chaudhary submitted his resignation a few months ago alleging that the state government is not paying heed to his demands as MLA, Meena and Singh were removed from their cabinet portfolios after the rebellion by the Pilot camp last year.
Delhi Police issues notice to Rajasthan CM's OSD

Lokesh Sharma, OSD to Gehlot, has been summoned by the crime branch in Delhi on October 22. Sharma was sent a notice to come to Delhi earlier too but he did not go. He has now been called for questioning at 11 a.m. by sending a notice through e-mail. However, Sharma is taking legal opinion regarding this matter.
Pilot loyalists want nothing less than leadership change now

In December, the Congress government will complete three years of its working and the workers will get only two years to work, out of which the last year of the 5-year term will go in making preparations for the Assembly elections. "We have no grassroots presence, our money has been exhausted and so we are just not prepared to contest polls in the present state," said one of the pilot loyalists to IANS.
