Seating arrangements for the Members of Parliament have also been made in the same chamber, unlike during the previous two sessions when a group of MPs were sitting in Lok Sabha and the others in Rajya Sabha. In the previous two sessions, the Rajya Sabha functioned between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the Lok Sabha from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and the parliamentarians used to sit in both the chambers.
Delhi-NCR likely to see light rain with thunderstorm today: IMD

The Met Department said, "Conditions were favourable for further advance of southwest Monsoon over Delhi, remaining parts of West Uttar Pradesh, some more parts of Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan today." The National Capital woke up to a humid morning with the minimum temperature settling at 27 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to settle around 37 degrees Celsius.
Yet another IMD prediction wrong, Delhi reels under heatwave, humidity

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has given several dates for the monsoon to reach the parched city, including for Saturday, but it continued to miss its mark. In a bulletin later on Saturday, IMD had predicted that rains will take another 24 hours to reach the capital, but the much needed rain drops were still awaited till Sunday evening.
Monthly rainfall to be normal in July, says met department

According to the India Meteorological Department's National Weather Forecasting Centre's Southwest Monsoon Rainfall Forecast, the monthly rainfall over the country as a whole in July is most likely to be normal. The latest global model forecasts indicate that the prevailing neutral El Nino-Southern Oscillation conditions are likely to continue over the equatorial Pacific Ocean.
No favourable conditions for monsoon in Delhi for 6-7 days: IMD

As per the National Weather Forecasting Centre of the IMD, the northern Limit of southwest monsoon (NLM), however, continues to pass through latitude 26 degrees north and longitude 70 degrees east in Rajasthan's Barmer, Bhilwara and Dholpur, and Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh and Meerut, as well as Haryana's Ambala and Punjab's Amritsar.
