"Mehbooba Mufti spreads terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir and now she went to the mazar of another invader in Karnataka... I want to say that Tipu Sultan did not fight against the British rulers. He came to India to rob the country. After looting the country, he also ruled here," Singh said.
Clerics disapprove of Mehbooba Mufti's temple visit

The clerics said that the "tradition of another religion is against their faith". Vice Chancellor of madrassa Jamia Sheikh-ul Hind, Maulana Mufti Asad Qasmi, said: "Muslims should follow their religion only. There is no permission as per the Sharia to adopt traditions of other religions." He however added that this was not a 'fatwa'.
Mehbooba detained by Delhi Police during protest

Several videos doing rounds on social media showed police lifting Mehbooba Mufti up from the protest site and carrying her into a police van nearby. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader on Wednesday had planned to march from Railway Bhawan to Parliament to protest against the Jammu and Kashmir administration's "bulldozer policy".

Mehbooba Mufti vacates official residence in Srinagar

Authorities had served a notice to Mehbooba Mufti to vacate the high security Gupkar Road residence in Srinagar which she had been occupying since she became the Chief Minister of the state. "She has shifted to a private house in Khimber area on the outskirts of Srinagar city," PDP spokesman said.
