S.Korea issues new warning to evacuate last remaining citizens from Ukraine
South Korea has issued an emergency warning to urge the last remaining citizens to quickly leave Ukraine due to escalating military tension along the eastern border with Russia, the Foreign Ministry said on Sunday. From 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Saturday, unidentified persons on the territory of Ukraine attacked the border area of the Rostov region by using a multiple launch rocket system, the Committee said in a statement. Russia holds strategic deterrence exercise amid tensions with Ukraine

Germany urges citizens to leave Ukraine; Lufthansa to suspend flights
"A military conflict is possible at any time... Leave the country in good time," The German Federal Foreign Office said in its security instructions on its official website, Xinhua news agency reported. Meanwhile, Lufthansa, the flag carrier and largest airline of Germany, announced that it will suspend its regular flights to Kiev and Odessa until the end of February. Certain flights will still operate Saturday and Sunday, in order to offer travel options to those who have already booked.

Ukraine's ministry of defence says it has recorded 60 ceasefire violations by separatists in the Donbas region over the past 24 hours, with one soldier injured, according to its ministry of defence. Ukraine's commander of the Joint Forces, lieutenant general Alexander Pavlyuk, claimed Russia-backed troops have increased provocative actions in a bid to provoke Ukraine's armed forces to fire, the report said.
