The actor, who is currently busy with his next film 'Fighter', dropped the picture on Instagram and wrote: "When the diet n sleep score is on point , it feels so good. Took this in November 2022. Currently serving as a reminder not to deviate or let go too much while on kids spring break. It's funny how food and sleep - the easy sounding ones is where most of us fail.

In the clip, he and his family, including sons Hridhaan and Hrehaan ditched the celebration with colours and instead were seen working out. They were joined by Hrithik's former-wife Sussanne Khan and her boyfriend Arslan Goni. Hrithik was seen holding a table tennis bat. While one of his sons played with him, the other was seen lighting weights. Sussanne, who was in a corner, was working out too.

The actor shared a video on Instagram, where is doing some arm exercises in the gym. His trainer is heard saying: "You got this Hri. Come on, let's go, drive. Hrithik wrote: "My friend and trainer Kris Gethin journeys back to his home in the US tom. With still 10 weeks more to go for the completion of our 2nd phase, and 6 months of intense hard work already behind us.

The actor, who will be soon seen in the upcoming streaming film 'Gulmohar' along with Sharmila Tagore, recently appeared on chat show 'The Bombay Journey X Sunday Brunch'. Talking about his affinity for singing he said, "Since I'm from theatre, there used to be a prerequisite that an artiste should know how to sing. Main naachta bhi tha (I used to dance as well)."

Present at the birthday party were Hrithik's sons Hridhaan and Hrehaan, Pashmina Roshan, uncle-music composer Rajesh Roshan, as well as the actor's father Rakesh. Hrithik's mother Pinkie Roshan took to Instagram to wish her daughter and share a glimpse of the birthday celebrations.

The 'War' actor said: "I used to see it (his birthday) as a fun day but then somewhere along the way, it started becoming a chore, a duty, a must celebrate, a must party (event). Birthdays came with a slight sense of discomfort. But today, I see it as an opportunity to spend time doing things that would fulfil me.

Hrithik took to Instagram and shared a picture flaunting his perfectly toned six-pack abs and perfectly ripped body. Hrithik wrote: "Alright. Let's go. #2023." As soon as he dropped the picture, his friends took to the comment section to praise him. Varun Dhawan commented: "Okay then."

"My father was against me coming into films because of the struggle that he had to go through," said Roshan when asked if his father supported his choice to venture into acting. "He struggled very hard for 20 years and did not want me to go through what he went through. But I think there was something inside me that was really determined," reports Variety.

A report had claimed that the 'War' star and his partner Saba will soon "move in together". It also stated that they were planning to move in together in an apartment in a building called 'Mannat' here. However, Hrithik took to Twitter to debunk the rumour stating: "There is no truth to this."

The movie, which will be directed by Hrithik's 'War' director, Siddharth Anand, will also star Anil Kapoor in the lead. Taking to social media, Marflix Productions, the banner producing 'Fighter', shared a picture of Hrithik Roshan along with director Siddharth Anand flying off for the shoot. In the caption, they wrote "And it begins". #FIGHTER (sic)."
