The Season 6 champions showed great composure on the mat against a well-drilled Giants team to earn a victory that puts them on top of the points table. Pawan Sehrawat scored 19 points and was ably supported by Bharat who clinched nine points (including two for tackles). Gujarat matched Bulls for most parts of the match but the three all-out they suffered proved too costly at the end. Their young raider Rakesh clinched a Super 10 (14 points) and will definitely be a raider to watch out for in the upcoming matches.
PKL 8: Bengaluru Bulls thrash Dabang Delhi KC 61-22

Pawan Sehrawat scored an outstanding 27 points from 27 raids as the Bulls ran riot against a Delhi side missing star player Naveen Kumar.. The 39-point victory was the second biggest win in Vivo PKL history and helped the Bulls jump to the top of the points table. The lack of a secondary raider hurt Dabang Delhi K.C. who suffered their second loss of the season. The nature of the loss will also hurt Delhi whose score difference went to -4 because of the loss.
PKL 8: Gujarat Giants outmuscle Telugu Titans in 18-point win

Telugu Titans' lack of a leader in defence was the major difference between the teams, with raider Rajnish doing his best with a 12-point performance. The team are without a win in Season 8 and remain at the bottom of the points table. Gujarat started without their experienced corner duo of Ravinder Pahal and Girish Ernak in the line-up. Titans, already missing the seasoned raiders Rohit Kumar and Siddharth Desai didn't have Sandeep Kandola starting with young Muhammed Shihas taking his place.

Manjeet clinched a Super 10 for the Thalaivas, who also saw their prized defensive duo of Surjeet Singh (8 tackle points) and Sagar (7 tackle points) getting High 5s.

The first-half was a cagey affair with both Naveen Kumar and Arjun Deshwal failing to produce any moment of raiding magic. Delhi started the better side with their experienced defensive line-up charged up for the match. By the 10th minute, they had managed to reduce Jaipur to just three men on the mat. But Sahul Kumar produced a Super Tackle to swing the match in the Panthers' favour.

With this win, Bengaluru Bulls overtook Dabang Delhi K.C. as league leaders with 23 points from six games. Delhi have 21 points from five matches. Puneri Paltan continued to languish at the bottom of the 12-team league with five points from five matches. On Sunday, Paltan had a great start to the match but lost their composure against an experienced Bulls attack.
