SpaceX aiming for July for Starship orbital launch: Report
SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell said the company was pressing ahead with plans for an orbital flight involving the Super Heavy booster and Starship upper stage from the company's Boca Chica (Texas) test site, Space News reported on Saturday. "We are headed for our first orbital attempt in the not-too-distant future. We're shooting for July," she said.

Musk said Deimos, as the spaceport is called, is currently under construction and that the company could use it to host rocket launches in 2022 in a reply to a render of the structure a fan posted on the social network. "Ocean spaceport Deimos is under construction for launch next year," Musk wrote on Twitter.

US court rejects Musk's claim against Indian American student
Hothi had sued Musk, claiming that the accusation made by the Tesla CEO that he "almost killed" his factory employees is defamatory. A judge in California state has now rejected Musk's argument that the suit filed by Hothi was baseless and against his free speech. The judge said that Hothi has shown that he can win the lawsuit, according to media reports.
Volkswagen CEO takes a dig at Tesla CEO Musk on Twitter
The two have been friends with one another for years, with Tesla's CEO tweeting in September 2019 that Diess was "doing more than any big carmaker to go electric." In September last year, after Musk paid a friendly visit to Volkswagen CEO Herbert Diess to get a special look at VW's new upcoming electric cars, Diess drove Tesla Model Y, saying it was a "reference" car for the German automaker.
