Dell introduces G15 series laptops in India

The Dell G15 5520 starts at Rs 85,990 and The Dell G15 5521 SE will start from Rs 1,18,990. The 5520 comes in Dark Shadow Grey while the 5521 SE is available in Obsidian Black colours. The series features the latest 12th Gen Intel Core Alderlake-H CPUs and NVIDIA's RTX30 series GPUs.
If we don't solve future problems, we would be gone: Dell CEO

Speaking at the virtual 'Dell Technologies Summit' late on Wednesday, Dell said that we have to be bold in our reinvention and our investments for the future. "A business like ours really exists to solve those future problems. If we're successful in doing that, we'll be around for the next 37 years and beyond. If we don't do that, we'll be gone. That's just the way it works. It's not any more complicated than that," he said during his keynote address. Under his leadership, Dell is now building new-age solutions for the era of 5G, edge computing and telecom.
Dell unveils two new laptops in India

The Alienware m15 R5 starts at Rs 1,34,990 and the Alienware m15 R6 at Rs 1,59,990. Both the models are available for purchase on Dell.com. With support for the AMD Ryzen R7-5800 H-Series Mobile Processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series Laptop GPUs, the Alienware m15 R5 is the first Alienware notebook engineered with AMD processors and NVIDIA graphics, suitable for creation and entertainment, the company said in a statement.
Dell topples Samsung Mobiles as India's most desired brand: TRA Research

It has risen, from previous year's sixth position, to beat four-time leader Samsung Mobiles. Mi from Xiaomi became the second most desired brand in India gaining ten ranks from the 2020 report. Home-bound consumers showed a high preference for televisions and ranked LG Televisions third with a climb of twelve ranks over the previous year, closely followed by Samsung (television) at fourth rank.

Dell sued in the US over Alienware gaming laptop upgrade claims

Tom's Hardware reports that the plaintiff Robert Felter, who is based in San Francisco, alleged in his lawsuit filed with the US District Court in the Northern District of California that Dell misled customers "to believe that the laptop would be upgradeable, possibly into future generations of components". "Dell's advertisement to the public didn't place any restrictions on the upgradeability of the laptop.
Intel unveils fastest chip for laptops, 5G product for PCs
