Delhi L-G grants prosecution sanction against Shehla Rashid for tweets against Indian Army

The tweets were aimed at promoting enmity between different groups and indulging in acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony, said the L-G office on Tuesday. The L-G has granted the prosecution sanction under the relevant section 196 of CrPC 1973.

Police said that both the accused, Ashutosh and Ankush Khanna, were absconding and police teams were searching for them. Addressing a press conference here, Sagar Preet Hooda, the Special Commissioner of Police (law and order), said that during the interrogation of the five accused several contradictions were found. It was also detected that two more men were also involved. The police have arrested five persons, who were in the car when the incident took place. Family of woman dragged to death asks why there were no clothes on her body

"She was wearing so many clothes, but not a single piece of cloth was there on her dead body. What kind of accident was it? The police are not showing us her body properly. I want justice for my daughter," said the mother of the victim, who was killed in the horrific incident on the outskirts Delhi when she was dragged for about 12 km, from Sultanpuri to Kanjhawala, after her clothes got entangled in the wheel of the car which hit the Scooty she was driving.

On the 18th of May 2022, Shraddha was allegedly killed by her boyfriend Aaftab. He strangled her to death and later chopped her body  into 35 pieces with the help of a hacksaw, stored them in a 300-liter fridge, and took nearly 18 days to dump the body parts across  Mehrauli forest in Delhi. He killed Shraddha in their rented flat at Chattarpur pahadi. As he is under Delhi Police custody, several chilling details are emerging. According to the police, the accused had made up his mind to kill Shraddha more than a week before the murder, reported ANI.

All this happened after the couple had an argument on 18th May 2022 over marriage, following which Poonawala tried to shut Walkar's mouth with his hand and later allegedly strangled her to death. 11-yr-old gang-raped by seniors in washroom of Delhi school; DCW issues notice

"The girl has alleged that she was gang-raped by two seniors in July. According to the girl, she was going to her classroom when she accidentally collided with the two boys studying in 11th-12th standard. The girl said she apologised to the boys, but they abused her and took her inside a washroom. She alleged that the boys locked the washroom from inside and raped her," the sources said.
