Delhi High Court directs social media platforms to block judicial officer's 'sexually explicit' video
Justice Yashwant Varma also asked for the video to be taken down and blocked from all ISPs, messaging platforms and social media platforms. "Bearing in mind the sexually explicit nature of the contents of that video and taking into consideration the imminent, grave and irreparable harm that is likely to be caused to the privacy rights of the plaintiff an ad interim ex parte injunction is clearly warranted," the court said.
POCSO not meant to criminalise consensual relationships: Delhi High Court
"In my opinion the intention of POCSO was to protect children below the age of 18 years from sexual exploitation. It was never meant to criminalise consensual romantic relationships between young adults," Justice Jasmeet Singh mentioned while granting bail to an accused in POCSO cum rape case.

A division bench headed by Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma granted four weeks to the Centre for filing a detailed response in the matter and slated it for further hearing on October 18.
