Bangladesh failed to make it to the Super Four stage, losing to both Afghanistan and Sri Lanka with the 35-year-old Rahim scoring 1 and 4 runs respectively in Group B. "I would like to announce my retirement from T20 INTERNATIONALS and focus on Test and ODI formats of the game. I will be available to play franchise leagues when the opportunity arrives. "The landing area was a little hard and my nails were not going in and were slipping. When you are playing an international game after six and a half months, you are always nervous. We're going to focus on that and make sure as a team what we're doing, we continue (with that) and make sure that all the skillsets, which we are learning we can keep getting better at it, and at the same point of time enjoy the game as well."
