The BharatPe co-founder and former managing director took to Instagram to show a glimpse of the Capital, from his lavish, green-coloured sports car.

Bhavik Koladiya posted a tweet, sharing a link of an earlier YouTube video where he is allegedly abusing Grover after he refused to meet him and BharatPe Chairman Rajnish Kumar in person during their much-hyped tussle that is now in Delhi High Court. "I am at my worst. Sorry, @Ashneer_Grover," Koladiya posted, apologising to Grover for his abusive behaviour over the phone.

The Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing (EOW) had filed an FIR against Grover and members of his family, and BharatPe had filed an application alleging that Grover had been tweeting defamatory statements ever since. BharatPe filed the application in its alreasy pending defamation suit related to Grover's earlier tweets.

The FIR, which was registered on the basis of a complaint filed by the company BharatPe, also mentions the name of his wife Madhuri Jain Grover, and three relatives -- Deepak Gupta, Suresh Jain and Shwetank Jain.

Representing Shashvat Nakrani, senior advocate Neeraj Kishan Kaul contended that in case filed by co-founder Bhavik Koladiya on the same lines, the court has issued summons and has asked Grover to not create any third-party rights in respect of the shares in BharatPe.

"Biggest revolution in Cricket since IPL - only fantasy game paying cricketers for performance. Where you win, cricketer wins, cricket wins," Grover said in a tweet. CrickPe will levy a 10 per cent platform fee of the total funds received for any public or private contest. It allows players above 18 years of age o create a virtual team.

According to leading startup covering portal Entrackr, citing sources, CrickPe is expected to be launched in the "next few weeks". "The app is in closed beta mode and will soon open to the public," the report said, citing people close to the matter. The CrickPe website appears to be a fantasy sports website for cricket fans and has an image of Ashneer.
