"Allu Arjun will start shooting for 'Pushpa 2' in mid-October and his new look will be out soon. The star has been taking classes and has been preparing hard for the film," a source close to the makers said. The muhurat was attended by the director, Sukumar. Allu Arjun, who was travelling at the time, could not make it to the event.

With southern movies on a winning spree, it is not surprising to see Ganesha idol versions of star cousins Allu Arjun and Ram Charan popular in pandals across India. These images are trending on social media too. Both actors became household names after the resounding success of 'Pushpa-The Rise', and 'RRR' respectively.

The film has been screened under the category of 'Block Busters' around the world at the film festival. Taking to Instagram, the Embassy of India in Moscow shared Allu Arjun's poster and wrote: "We gladly announce that the film 'Pushpa - The Rise: Part 1' has been selected by the Moscow International Film Festival under the category of 'Block Buster hits around the world'".

Allu Arjun also posted a series of pictures, including one that showed the mayor and the actor performing the landmark 'Pushpa' move. New York witnessed a mammoth crowd of over five lakh people showering love on Allu Arjun as he graced the prestigious India Day parade as its Grand Marshal.

From the time the first poster of the film was dropped to the time the film lasted in the theatres, 'Pushpa' became a rage across markets. From 'Sammi Sammi' to 'Eyy Bidda Idhi Naa Adda', Indians grooved to the movie's lyrics. 'Oo Antava Ooo Antava' went on to became the biggest party anthem of the year.

The actor's wife, Allu Sneha, posted a family photo from the vacation on her Instagram page. In the photo, Allu Arjun is seen having a good time with his wife and children -- son Allu Ayan and daughter Allu Arha. The image featuring the Allu family has gone viral on social media. The scripting for the sequel, 'Pushpa: The Rule', is said to have been completed and Allu Arjun is expected to return to Hyderabad.

Keeping it all short and sweet, Allu Arjun wrote, "Happy anniversary cutie. 11 years of togetherness." The picture shared on the social media handles, features the most-happening couple, along with their children Allu Ayan and Allu Arha.

Starring alongside Subbaraj of 'Baahubali' fame in the app's new campaign, Allu Arjun is seen in an uber-cool, action avatar, wiping his beard just the way his character 'Pushpa' does in the film. Dressed in a white shirt matched with black pants, the actor is seen walloping his opponent, played by Subbaraj, at a shopping mall. Suspended mid-air in one of the sequences, the Subbaraj character expresses his desire to have biryani. That is when Allu Arjun zips out his mobile and asks for the biryani on the app.

The absence of music had been caused by a technical glitch, but that did not stop the California-raised, Chennai-based Sriram from continuing with the performance. This happened before the release of 'Pushpa'.
