Only one out of 8.71 lakh students failed in SSLC exams in Karnataka

Minister Nagesh said, one girl student who was absent for the examination has failed. As many as 6 per cent students who secured 'C' grade in SSLC exams have been granted grace marks and promoted, he added. The examinations were conducted through Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB). For those who did not attend exams, KSEEB is giving them another opportunity to write exams.
West Bengal Board passes all students in its review of Class 12 results

As no examination was held this year owing to the Covid situation, the council had announced the results based on an evaluation system in which 18,000 students had failed. "Our government is humanitarian. So all the candidates who had enrolled for the Higher Secondary examination have been awarded pass marks considering the Covid situation," said Mahua Das, President, WBCHSE.
UP announces board results; 99.53% pass class 10 exams

The pass percentage for the class 10 examination is 99.53 per cent while for class 12 it is 97.88 per cent. Out of a total of 29,96,031 students, 29,82,055 have passed the high school class 10 board examination. At the same time, out of 26,10,247 students in the intermediate examination, 25,54,930 students have been successful. This year 56,06,278 candidates had registered for class 10 and class 12 board examinations in the state.
Bengal declares Class 12 results, pass percentage 97.69

Announcing the results, Mahua Das, President, WBCHSE, said, "Of the total 8,19,202 students, 97.69 per cent have passed, which is higher than the previous year." However, according to the results announced by the council, a total of 3,19,327 students got more than 60 per cent marks, which is lower than the previous year's numbers.
Tamil Nadu state board declares class 12 results

Tamil Nadu education Minister on Monday declared the results of Class 12 students. The minister said that all the 8,16,473 students have passed which include 4,35,973 girls and 3,80,500 boys. A total of 39,679 students scored in the mark range of 551-600, while 30,600 students of the science stream scored in the range between 551-600. In the commerce stream, 8,909 students scored in the mark range of 551-600.
ICSE, ISC Board Exams 2022: CISCE reduces syllabus for many major subjects

For the ICSE (class 10) exams, the syllabus for history and civics, geography, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, economics, commercial studies, computer applications, economic applications, commercial applications, home science, physical education, yoga, and environmental applications has been revised. 
'Students upset with scrapping of Class 12 boards can write exams in August'

The Minister said that class 12 students will get their results according to their merit through the new evaluation process decided by the CBSE. Nishank said he wants to assure all the students having doubts. "If a student is not satisfied with the new evaluation system they don't need to worry about it since we are ready to conduct optional board exams for such students."
Gujarat board's 50:25:25 evaluation plan for Class 12

According to the CBSE evaluation criteria, Class 12 results will be evaluated on the basis of 30:30:40 ratio. This involves the performance in Class 10 -- 30 per cent of the best three performing subjects, Class 11 -- 30 per cent based on final exams and Class 12 -- 40 per cent based on unit tests/ pre-board/midterm exams. The GSHSEB has formed its own evaluation policy which has been framed by a committee of 11 educationists.
Assam to hold Class X, XII board exams with reduced subjects

After holding meetings with all the stakeholders, including students' bodies and teachers, on Tuesday, Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu told the media that before holding the High School Leaving Certification (HSLC or Class X) and higher secondary (Class XII) examinations, all the invigilators and staff involved in the entire process would be vaccinated.
Karnataka cancels class 12 board exams, to hold class 10 exams in MCQ format

Addressing a press conference here, Karnataka Education Minister, S. Suresh Kumar announced the decision which has come as a big relief to lakhs of students, parents and teachers who were anxiously waiting for the announcement of examination dates since March-April this year. Since then the state government had to postpone these crucial examinations conducted by two separate state boards annually.
