Nadella stressed the necessity for India and the United States to work together to establish norms and regulations for AI, rather than allowing fragmentation to occur. He emphasized the importance of cooperation in this area to ensure that AI benefits are accessible to all.
During his visit to India, Nadella announced Microsoft's commitment to providing AI skilling opportunities to 20 lakh people in India by 2025. He emphasized the potential of AI to contribute to GDP growth in the country and recognized India as one of the highest-growth markets for such technology.
