One of the key highlights is the In&Out Flip, a foldable smartphone display boasting a remarkable 360-degree folding capability, as reported by Yonhap news agency. This technology reduces reliance on a secondary external display typically used when the device is folded, resulting in a sleeker device, according to Samsung Display.

The exhibition will also provide visitors with a unique opportunity to witness a durability test of the foldable smartphone. The device will be subjected to extreme conditions, enduring temperatures of 60 degrees Celsius and minus-20 degrees Celsius, abrasion from sand, and submersion in water to showcase its resilience.

In addition to the In&Out Flip, the showroom will feature cutting-edge foldable products such as the Rollable Flex, equipped with panels that can be rolled and unrolled akin to a roll of toilet paper, expanding up to five times, and the Flex Hybrid, integrating both foldable and slidable technologies.

Furthermore, Samsung Display aims to introduce new automotive display panels, including the Flex Note Extendable. This 11-inch foldable panel expands into a 13-inch monitor and further extends to a 17-inch screen, catering to individuals working or consuming multimedia content in constrained spaces without access to a larger monitor.

Samsung Display's commitment to innovative panels aligns with Samsung Electronics' focus on foldable smartphone models like the Galaxy Fold 5 and Flip 5, which were released last summer. The emphasis on foldable technology underscores a strategic shift in the company's product offerings.
