Star cricketer Suryakumar Yadav visited the famous Sri Hosa Marigudi temple on Tuesday as Team India emerged victorious in the T20 World Cup.
With his wife, Devisha Shetty from Mangaluru city in Karnataka, Suryakumar reached Udupi city to offer prayers. Following their arrival, the couple was given a warm welcome with a traditional garland by the management of the temple.
The couple offered prayers to Goddess Sri Mariyamma Devi inside the temple in keeping with the vow made by Suryakumar and Devisha after the T20 World Cup victory of India. Officials from the temple ensured that the visit of the couple was facilitated smoothly, while enhanced security arrangements around the temple precincts were taken care of by local police during their visit.
