Throughout the game, both teams remained neck-and-neck, but the absence of an in-form raider hurt Bengaluru Bulls. Patna Pirates entered halftime with a 20-12 lead, amassing 9 tackle points and an equal number of raid points, while Bengaluru Bulls managed only three raid points.

Despite bringing in two raiders, Sushil and Rakshith, from the bench to boost their performance, Bengaluru Bulls struggled to make an impact. Neeraj Kumar's double ankle hold on Vikash Kandola in the 27th minute increased Patna Pirates' lead to 10 points at 24-14.

Bengaluru Bulls fought back with Surjeet's High 5 and Sachin Narwal's quick raid points, but Patna Pirates' star raider Sachin's massive Super Raid added three crucial points. The momentum shifted as Bengaluru Bulls executed two Super Tackles, reducing the deficit to eight points with a little over three minutes left.

In a dramatic turn of events, Bengaluru Bulls' gamble of bringing on Sushil paid off as he secured a remarkable 2-point raid, leaving Patna Pirates with only one man on the mat. Surjeet then delivered a superb tackle on Sandeep Kumar, inflicting the All-Out and securing three points, ultimately leading Bengaluru Bulls to a remarkable comeback victory.
