Natasha Secures Double Victory, Shruthi Clinches Junior Girls' Crown at 2023 National Billiards & Snooker Championships

Expressing her joy, Natasha mentioned, “It feels amazing to win against a skilled opponent. It’s my first twin title, looking forward to a few more.” Natasha Chethan had previously reached the semifinals at the IBSF women’s under-21 world snooker championships held in Riyadh in July.

In the ongoing 90th National Billiards & Snooker Championships at the Nehru Indoor Stadium, Karnataka's Natasha Chethan achieved a notable feat by securing the Sub-junior girls’ snooker title. The Bengaluru teenager clinched the victory by rallying to beat Gujarat’s Aanya Patel with a scoreline of 3-1 (35-57, 57-43, 55-42, 41-29) in the snooker final. This accomplishment comes after Natasha had previously won the Sub-junior girls’ billiards crown against the same opponent, Aanya Patel, last week.
