ICC Rankings: Hardik Pandya Retains Top Spot as No. 1 T20I All-Rounder

New Zealand fast bowler Jacob Duffy has taken great leaps in the ICC T20I bowling rankings following a brilliant display against Pakistan in their current five-match series. His outstanding figures of 4/20 at Mount Maunganui and 1/37 at Auckland took him seven spots to reach the top five for the first time.

India's star all-rounder Hardik Pandya still rules the ICC Men's T20I rankings, retaining his No. 1 position in the all-rounders' category in the current update. Abhishek Sharma has also continued to hold on to the No. 2 position in the T20I batting rankings, while Varun Chakravarthy stayed at No. 2 among bowlers.

Duffy was instrumental in New Zealand's convincing 115-run win against Pakistan, which took the series 3-1. His team-mate Zakary Foulkes also made impressive strides, improving 26 places to 64th on the back of his impressive 3/25 in Mount Maunganui.

Pakistan's Haris Rauf jumped 11 spots to 15th after regularly picking three wickets in every one of the previous two matches, while Abbas Afridi achieved a career-high ranking of 36th following his consistent performances throughout the series.

Finn Allen, Mark Chapman, and Hasan Nawaz Gain Positions in T20I Batting Rankings
In the batting charts, New Zealand's Finn Allen improved by two places to 16th, thanks to his scintillating 50 off only 20 balls at Mount Maunganui. Mark Chapman improved by a larger margin, going from 51st to 41st following his stunning 94-run innings in Auckland.

For Pakistan, young batter Hasan Nawaz also left a strong impression, jumping into 77th position after his undefeated 105 in Auckland.

Namibia's Nikolaas Davin Emerges Country's Top-Ranked T20I Batter
The most recent ICC update also incorporates performances from the just-concluded Namibia vs. Canada five-match T20I series, where Namibia registered a whitewash 5-0 series victory in Windhoek.

Namibia's Nikolaas Davin leaped a huge 27 places to 68th, becoming the country's top-ranked batter. Captain Gerhard Erasmus also gained position, moving four places to 98th in the bowling rankings.

From the Canadian perspective, Nicholas Kirton improved from 91st to 74th among batsmen, registering consistent improvement in the international rankings.
