Patna HC gives Tej Pratap, Aishwarya another chance in divorce case

The hearing for the divorce case between Tej Pratap Yadav and Aishwarya Rai was held in the court of Justice Ashutosh Kumar and Justice Jitendra Kumar on Tuesday. During 45 minutes of councelling, both the judges asked Tej Pratap and Aishwarya to give their final submissions whether they would stay together or take divorce. As they did not give any satisfactory answer, the court decided to give another chance to them for the counselling. The next date of hearing is July 19.

The Patna High Court on Tuesday directed Lalu Prasad's elder son Tej Pratap Yadav and Aishwarya Rai to appear before court on July 19 in divorce case.

The marriage of Aishwarya Rai and Tej Pratap Yadav was held on May 12, 2018 in Patna. After a few months, Tej Pratap Yadav surprised everyone by filing a case of divorce in the family court of Patna. Both sides have leveled serious allegations against each other.

Tej Pratap reached the Patna high court with his mother and former CM Rabri Devi while Aishwarya Rai arrived with her relatives. After a long time, they faced each other in the court.
