UP CM Yogi Adityanath Warns Against Parties Fomenting Caste Divisions in Society

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while engaging with beneficiaries of welfare programs during the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, directed his criticism towards opposition parties, accusing them of historical injustices against the underprivileged and currently engaging in divisive caste-based politics.

Adityanath cautioned citizens against those fostering societal divisions through caste politics, emphasizing the need for unity in working towards the nation's empowerment. He highlighted the contrast between past exploitation of the poor and the current administration's dedication to implementing schemes without bias, ensuring benefits reach every deserving individual.

The Chief Minister highlighted statistics from global agencies, asserting that over 13 crore individuals have risen above the poverty line during the nine and a half years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's governance.

Under the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, 642 'Modi's guarantee' vans traverse Uttar Pradesh, having already covered 36,983 out of 57,709 gram panchayats and conducted 1,027 programs across 762 municipal bodies.

Adityanath stated that the Sankalp Yatra has successfully connected with approximately three crore people statewide. The 'Modi's guarantee' vans have attracted substantial participation wherever they've reached, facilitating registrations for those eligible yet deprived of its benefits.

During the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, which encompassed 800 locations across all 75 districts of the state, the CM interacted with beneficiaries from Meerut, Basti, Chandauli, Mahoba, and Barabanki districts both in-person and online.
