Suhana Khan’s Fitness Secret: Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, and Deadlifts for a Svelte Figure

Long time coming, but here's finally the secret behind that svelte perfect figure of actress Suhana Khan, daughter of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. According to her Instagram post, which she had accompanied with a video of her in the gym working out, she combines pull ups and deadlifts to get this physique. The actress can be seen doing several weighted workouts, such as pull ups, hip thrusts, push ups, and deadlifts, in the clip. For the caption of the image, she just chose a heart, powerlift and a bow emoji. A user was spotted asking of how she managed to do the pull-ups to which she responded: "Was a struggle.

Shah Rukh married his wife Gauri Khan in 1991 under the traditional Nikah and Hindu ceremonies performed after a short period. The couple had their son Aryan born in 1997. Three years later came daughter Suhana, who was born in 2000. The power couple brought home their son AbRam born in 2013 via surrogacy.

Speaking of her forthcoming projects, Suhana will share screen space with her father in the forthcoming Sujoy Ghosh-directed movie "King" produced by Siddharth Anand. The movie is supposed to go on floors later this year and might hit screens next year, 2025. Actor Abhishek Bachchan will play the antagonist role in the movie.
