Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has released a video of her insightful conversation with Arianna Huffington on Wednesday during the Live Love Laugh Foundation Lecture series, which took place to mark World Mental Health Day 2024.

In the video clip, the famous author says: "I was having a midlife crisis in my early 20s because suddenly I was financially independent, had a career, not as predicted, as a writer, and I was asking myself, 'Is that all there is?'" As they discuss why people need to take breaks, Arianna emphasizes that downtime should be perceived as a feature, not as a bug. Deepika agreed, taking back to her memory as a former national-level badminton player.

She said that rest and recovery are important for improving performance and working more efficacious.

Speaking from her experience as a mother, Deepika shared, "I have realized that on the days I am stressed or feel drained, either by lack of sleep or by not following my self-care routine, I can tell that my judgment is wrong". She further added, "the first major criticism that had motivated me to improve and strive for excellence was when I was criticized for playing the role of Saket Ram in Chhetri. Reflecting on her debut film 'Om Shanti Om', Deepika said, "It's normal and human to feel pain, anger and some of those extreme emotions. I had a similar experience when my debut movie was released. Of course, there were quite a few bad reviews, but this one bad review I specifically recall. I think it pushed me and prompted me to work on myself.".

It talked about my accent, diction, talent, and abilities. Deepika Padukone will be a part of Rohit Shetty's much-awaited cop drama 'Singham Again'. She will share screen space with Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff, and Akshay Kumar. Deepika will enact the character of Shakti Shetty, whom people also refer to as Lady Singham. This will be Deepika's first film after becoming a mother.
