Sandeep is an Indian-American real estate executive who joined WeWork two years ago  following the co-working company’s descent into bankruptcy and departure of controversial former CEO and founder Adam Neumann.  In 2019, WeWork’s valuation of US$47bn had spiralled to bankruptcy, dropping to just US$2.9bn by early 2020. Not just this, he had another unforeseen challenge that arrived within his 1st month in the job, as the Covid19 hit and the world went into lockdown, leaving WeWork- whose entire business depends on people sharing co-working space, out of business. However, overcoming all such challenges Sandeep successfully led the company to a place that he has now given another crucial role to play in the company.

Later it was sold to Brookfield Properties and Sandeep was named as the CEO of Brookfield's retail group.
