Rajneet Kohli has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Britannia Industries.
Before Britannia, Ranjeet served as the president and chief business officer at Domino's India, run by food service company Jubilant FoodWorks.
Rajneet Kohli began his career in 1997, by working with Color Steels Inc, UK, as a Contract Accounts Administrator. At the company, he managed key sales accounts of French clients, based out of the UK office.
In 1998, he joined RR Financial Consulting Limited and took the responsibility for managing and building relationships with corporates. In 1999, Rajneet joined Asian Paints and worked as Area Sales Manager(ASM) for West UP, Chhattisgarh, and South Gujarat. In the company, he handled several sales and operations roles before taking the charge of Regional Manager for Asia Paints.
He left Asian Paints in October 2004, after serving the company for over 5 years. In 2004, he joined 'The Coca-Cola Company and held different roles in the company like General manager of franchise operations, General manager of commercial and market execution, Director of Operations: in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh, and Senior Vice President: in North, West & Central India and Head Premium Products Division for India. He worked at Coca-cola for over 13 years.
In 2018, he joined Domino's India as executive vice president and COO. Later in 2021, he became President and Chief Business Officer at Domino's India. For over 4 years at Domino's Rajneet helped the company grow.

Now, he has been bestowed the responsibility to take Britannia, an over 100 years old company, to reach new heights. At present, the industry is grappling with margin concerns amid soaring inflation.

Britannia has a presence in more than 80 countries across North America, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Rajneet Kohli did his graduation from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and attained a BCom degree. For further studies, he went to the University of Wales, Cardiff, and attained an MBA degree.
