Dieter Schwarz is the owner of the Schwarz Group, a multinational retail group which operates grocery shops under the brands Lidl and Kaufland. Schwarz Group was founded in the year 1930 by Josef Schwarz, father of Dieter. The company is one of the largest European retailers. Dieter started his career by joining his father’s business “ Lidl & Schwarz KG” and worked hard in his company also learned business tactics from him. After joining his father’s business, he opened the company ‘s first discount supermarket.
