Movie-making duo Hollywood star Will Smith and director Michael Bay, who have set the box office on fire with their movie 'Bad Boys', are ready to unite again with yet another movie.
According to 'Variety', the streaming giant Netflix is in talks with the director to direct the action flick 'Fast and Loose' starring Will Smith.
'Fast and Loose' is an event where a man wakes up in Tijuana without memories. He picks up several pieces of his past, only to learn that he's been living two lives-two lives as a crime kingpin and one as an undercover CIA agent.
The writers behind this movie are Jon Hoeber, Erich Hoeber, Chris Bremner, and Eric Pearson. Producers are David Leitch and Kelly McCormick of 87North, as well as Smith, with Westbrook's Jon Mone and Ryan Shimazaki in talks to produce.
Barry Waldman for STXfilms, executive producers include Noah Fogelson, along with Robert Simonds.
Bay and Smith first teamed up for 1995's 'Bad Boys,' which was Bay's directorial debut in features. The film was a box office hit and gave rise to three sequels, including 'Bad Boys II', 'Bad Boys for Life', and 'Bad Boys: Ride or Die'.
In 2021, Smith won an Oscar for his work as Richard Williams in 'King Richard'. From Apple, he was next found in the 2022 film 'Emancipation'. He will be appearing in Sony Pictures' sci-fi thriller 'Resistor', based on Daniel Suarez's novel 'Influx', published in 2014.
Michael Bay, whose credits include the 'Transformers' franchise and 'Pearl Harbor', is teaming with former Paramount Pictures president Adam Goodman to develop the animated internet meme 'Skibidi Toilet' for TV and film, and his first docuseries is 'Born Evil: The Serial Killer and the Savior'.
