Contrary to speculations, Sunny explained that the footage is actually part of a sequence from his ongoing film production.

Supporting Sunny's statement, the film's producer, Vishal Rana of Echelon productions, issued a statement emphasizing that the video was a part of the film's shoot. He urged fans not to spread false information about the circulating video, clarifying, "It was a scene from our forthcoming tentatively titled film ‘Safar’ for which Sunny Paaji was shooting a night schedule. Request all the fans not to spread fake news around this video that is going viral on the internet."
