Contrary to recent reports suggesting that Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are set to get engaged in February, sources close to the actors have dismissed the information as "false."
A media report had claimed that the two talented actors were planning to take their relationship to the next level with an engagement. However, when the International News Service (IANS) reached out to their representatives, they vehemently denied the engagement rumors.
“The report is false,” sources close to the actors clarified to IANS.
While it is known that Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna share a close bond and have collaborated on projects like ‘Geetha Govindam’ and ‘Dear Comrade,’ the actors have not officially confirmed their relationship status.
Presently, Rashmika Mandanna is enjoying the success of the recently released action thriller ‘Animal,’ where she stars opposite Ranbir Kapoor. Her upcoming projects include ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule,’ ‘Rainbow,’ ‘The Girlfriend,’ and ‘Chaava.’
On the other hand, Vijay Deverakonda, last seen in ‘Kushi,’ is gearing up for his upcoming films, ‘Family Star’ and ‘VD 12.’
As the speculation around their engagement swirls, the actors continue to focus on their respective careers, leaving fans eagerly anticipating official announcements about their relationship.
