Tom Cruise threatening to fire crew members on the sets of Mission Impossible in a leaked audio clip

Cruise apparently lost his cool over ignorance of social distancing protocols by some crew members on the set and can be heard lashing out at them in this 2-minute long audio that was posted by The Sun.

A leaked audio tirade of Tom Cruise, who is currently filming for Mission Impossible, has surfaced online. Cruise apparently lost his cool over ignorance of social distancing protocols by some crew members on the set and can be heard lashing out at them in this 2-minute long audio that was posted by The Sun.

Cruise noticed two crew members standing in close proximity to each other near a computer monitor and yelled at them, "They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us. Because they believe in us and what we’re doing." He ended the tirade with a threat to fire them, "Am I clear? Do you understand what I want? Do you understand the responsibility that I have? Because I will deal with your reason, and if you can’t be reasonable and I can’t deal with your logic, you’re fired."
Mission Impossible 7 was one of the first movies to resume filming after the lockdown restrictions were eased by the government. The production even had to halt for a while after 12 crew members tested positive for Covid-19. The movie is set to release on November 19, 2021.
