Tiffany Haddish recently revealed the reason for backing out from hosting the Grammys pre-telecast ceremony.
The Recording Academy aka Grammy's offered her the hosting gig for the three-hour live streamed event but without any payment. They also outrightly refused to cover her hair, make-up and look for the event.
The Academy Interim Chief Harvey Manson has issued an apology both publicly and privately, to Tiffany, calling the mistake a 'judgement lapse'.
The 2021 ceremony will take place virtually on January 31st and Trevor Noah will be the host for the event.
Tiffany has been nominated for Best Comedy Album for Netflix's Black Mitzvah.
