Actress Raveena Tandon, set to portray the character of Indrani Kothari in the upcoming show 'Karmma Calling,' revealed that her real-life persona is quite different from the role she plays on screen.
In this new series, viewers can anticipate witnessing Raveena in a previously unseen avatar. The actress candidly discussed the similarities and differences between herself and the character of Indrani Kothari.
Raveena shared her insights, stating, "When I think of similarities, the love and the determination with which Indrani protects her family is something I strongly resonate with. I love my children dearly and can do anything in my power to protect them, just like how Indrani is ready to walk a mile to protect Ahaan."
She also expressed admiration for Indrani's fashion sense and glam quotient, confessing that she personally enjoys and appreciates these aspects. However, Raveena acknowledged that she and Indrani are distinctly different. Indrani's character possesses a layered personality, engaging in actions that challenge her morals. Raveena emphasized that Indrani is not entirely positive, but, in reality, none of us are.
Produced by R.A.T films, adapted for India, and directed by Ruchi Narain, 'Karmma Calling' features a stellar cast including Raveena Tandon, Namrata Sheth, Varun Sood, Gaurav Sharma, Waluscha D’souza, Amy Aela, Viraf Patel, and Piyush Khati in pivotal roles. The series is set to stream from January 26 on Disney+ Hotstar. Viewers can look forward to Raveena's versatile performance and the intriguing dynamics of 'Karmma Calling.'
