Paris Hilton, the socialite and mother to 10-month-old Phoenix with husband Carter Reum, recently shared her internal struggle about informing her mother, Kathy, about the arrival of her daughter, London.
In an upcoming episode of 'Paris in Love', Paris expressed her dilemma to Carter, contemplating the impact of sharing the news with her mother, balancing both the joy of her mother's happiness and the privacy they've enjoyed in their world.
"I want to share the news with my mom because I don't want to hurt her feelings. She'd be thrilled and could help with planning the nursery and baby clothes. But at the same time, having our little family cocoon has been bliss. It's a tough choice," Paris reflected, expressing concern about external opinions and the energy it brings into their lives.
The 'Stars Are Blind' singer confessed that while life felt complete with Phoenix's arrival, she anticipated a sense of greater completeness with the arrival of her second child. Expressing her desire for her children to be close in age, she shared her excitement for her daughter's impending arrival, indicating that the time is drawing near.
In an Instagram post captioned "Thankful for my baby girl," Paris shared a picture showcasing items, including a pink outfit with the name "London," red sunglasses, and a teddy bear, hinting at her daughter's arrival. Additionally, during Thanksgiving celebrations, she referred to Phoenix as "The big brother" in a photo on her Instagram Story.
Paris had previously expressed her dream of having a daughter named after the English capital, sharing her aspiration for a little girl named London on a podcast titled 'This Is Paris.' Her fondness for the names London and Paris together has been a long-held dream since her childhood.
