Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha's brother, Luv Sinha, recently took to social media, clarifying why he did not attend his sister's wedding party that recently took place in Mumbai. However, his post was later deleted.
Luv, who was last seen in the Sunny Deol film 'Gadar 2', evidently took to social media to share his displeasure over Sonakshi's marriage to Zaheer Iqbal. He posted a news article, with the comments: "Why I chose not to attend. Running an online campaign against me on a false premise won't change the fact that for me, my family will always come first."
He later deleted the post, clarifying in a statement that the controversial quote was not his own words but those of a senior journalist: "The quote that is is being incorrectly attributed to me is not my statement, and was written in an article by a senior journalist. The matter is now closed, and I will not be speaking on the same again."
Sonakshi and Zaheer recently got married on June 23 in Mumbai under the Special Marriage Act. Even though the wedding ceremonies were attended by many dignitaries of the film industry, her twin brothers Luv and Kush were missing in all the photographs.
