Netflix is set to release its documentary "The Indrani Mukerjea Story: Buried Truth" on February 23. In collaboration with MakeMake and India Today Group, the documentary delves into the sensational murder of Sheena Bora and the subsequent arrest of Bora's sister and media executive Indrani Mukerjea, along with her husband, media tycoon Peter Mukerjea, in 2015.

The docu-series aims to uncover the layers of the case, featuring interviews with Indrani Mukerjea, her children Vidhie Mukherjea and Mikhail Bora, along with insights from veteran journalists and lawyers. The focus is on unraveling the dysfunctional family dynamics and complex motivations behind the high-profile murder case.

Directed by Shaana Levy and Uraaz Bahl, the documentary is produced by Terry Leonard. The cast also includes Ranjeet Sangle and journalist Rajdeep Sardesai.
