In an official statement, the NCW asserted, "These remarks, which have triggered widespread public outrage, undermine the dignity and respect owed to every individual in a society that values equality and mutual respect. Acting on instructions from NCW Chairperson Vijaya Rahatkar, a hearing has been scheduled to examine the controversial statements made by content creators on India’s Got Latent."

Meanwhile, the Maharashtra Police have registered a case against 30 individuals, including Allahbadia and Raina, after reviewing the show’s content for potentially obscene material. The Maharashtra Cyber Department has filed an FIR, citing allegations of "promoting obscenity and engaging in sexually explicit and vulgar discussions."

The issue has sparked a nationwide response, with the Assam Police also registering a case against the duo. Addressing the controversy, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated, "Everyone has the right to free speech, but that freedom should not come at the cost of encroaching upon the rights of others."

Additionally, in Indore, local lawyer Aman Malviya filed a complaint against Allahbadia over his remarks on the show. While the police have acknowledged receiving the complaint, they have yet to register a First Information Report (FIR).

"No case has been officially filed at this stage. The complaint will undergo investigation, and appropriate action will be determined based on the findings," police authorities confirmed. Malviya and other legal professionals have accused the influencers of exceeding the bounds of decency, calling for stricter actions and even a possible ban on the show.

Amid the backlash, Allahbadia—widely recognized as BeerBiceps—issued a public apology, acknowledging that the remarks were inappropriate. Despite his statement attributing the controversy to a "lapse in judgment," legal scrutiny and public criticism continue to mount, keeping the debate alive.
