The 'Super 30' actress, Mrunal Thakur, is super excited for the upcoming auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi and gave a sneak peek of the special 'prasad' in the making.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Mrunal dropped a picture of a plate of uncooked 'modaks'. The modaks are placed on a banana leaf.
She captioned as: "Making soon."
Ganesh Chaturthi, which starts from September 7, is a festival offered to Lord Ganesha. The festival is marked by the installation of idols of Ganesha in pandals and homes. 'Modak' is one of the most widely consumed sweets in the city during these days since it is said to be a favorite of Lord Ganesha himself.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Mrunal started her acting career in 2012 with the show 'Mujhse Kuchh Kehti.Yeh Khamoshiyaan'. She has stared in shows such as 'Arjun', 'Kumkum Bhagya'. She has also been a part of 'Nach Baliye 7'.
She was also a part of the web series 'Made in Heaven 2'. She starred as Adhira Arya in the 'Beauty and the Beast' episode of this romance-drama streaming on Prime Video. The show is created by Excel Entertainment and follows the lives of Delhi-based wedding planners, Tara and Karan.
