The promotional campaign for Max, Min, and Meowzaki gathered pace on Friday with the release of its official trailer, offering audiences a first look at a story that weaves together love, heartbreak and emotional recovery.
Featuring Medha Shankr, Siddharth Menon, Adil Hussain, Mandira Bedi, Nassar, Nafisa Ali and Vidhatri Bandi, the film centres on the emotional complexities of relationships while exploring how hope can emerge from the most unexpected circumstances.
Announcing the trailer on Instagram, the makers wrote, “A rollicking tale of modern love, chaos, and those we come home to Max, Min & Meowzaki - Trailer out now! In cinemas July 24.”
The trailer introduces Max and Min, a young couple whose relationship reaches a breaking point during a pivotal phase in their lives. As Max struggles to cope with the aftermath of the separation, he unexpectedly finds comfort in Meowzaki, beginning an emotional journey shaped by love, loss and healing.
Against the rain-soaked backdrop of Mumbai, the narrative highlights the quiet beauty of ordinary moments that often go unnoticed. Rather than portraying an idealised romance, the film focuses on authentic emotions and the realities of love, grief and moving forward.
Presented by actor-producer Samiksha Oswal, the film features performances by Medha Shankr, Siddharth Menon, Adil Hussain, Mandira Bedi, Nasser, Nafisa Ali and Vidhatri Bandi.
The project has been produced by actress Samiksha Oswal along with her husband, entrepreneur, industrialist and singer Shael Oswal. In addition to co-producing the film, Shael Oswal has also lent his voice to Max, Min and Meowzaki.
Penned and directed by Padmakumar Narasimhamurthy, Max, Min and Meowzaki is slated for a theatrical release on July 24. The film also marks the acting comeback of veteran actress Nafisa Ali, who is currently undergoing treatment following a recurrence of peritoneal and ovarian cancer. She will appear in a special role in the film.
