Kendall Jenner has disclosed that she is highly discerning about the people she allows into her life.
On Emma Chamberlain's podcast, "Anything Goes," Kendall explained, "I don't really let a lot of people in -- especially now. But I never really have since I was young. It's kind of always been part of my nature."
The model and reality TV personality emphasized that her decisions are guided by energy and auras. "For me, it's an energy thing," she noted.
As the sister of Kim Kardashian, Kendall has been candid about her experiences with anxiety and her methods of managing it. She shared, "For a long time, I thought it was, 'Do the meditation!'... which, I believe in meditation, I believe that it is very helpful. 'Do the meditation, do the actual, real things'."
She further explained, "Sometimes I think it's as simple as... managing what can cause it, knowing what can cause it, and trying to find your boundaries with it."
In addition to her personal reflections, Kendall has embraced the role of business owner with enthusiasm, particularly in relation to her successful Tequila brand. She has expressed her satisfaction with the responsibilities of advancing her company.
Since becoming the businesswoman behind the brand in 2021, Kendall remarked to Forbes, "With modelling, I was a part of someone else's vision."
