Pop sensation Justin Bieber has sparked excitement among fans with recent Instagram posts hinting at his return to the music scene. The 29-year-old singer shared images of himself in the studio and rehearsing with bandmates in two separate carousels on the social media platform. The posts have left supporters speculating about the possibility of a new music project.
In response to the photos, Instagram's official social media account commented, "Justin's back." Fans, in turn, have been asking if Bieber is gearing up for a Super Bowl performance, especially since his mentor and collaborator Usher is the scheduled halftime performer.
Prior to this week, Bieber had seemingly been directing his focus toward ventures beyond the music industry, such as his recent collaboration with Drew House and Adidas for this year's NHL All-Star jerseys. Drew House, co-founded by Bieber, is a fashion brand he owns with his friend Ryan Good. Before this recent deal, the Grammy winner had taken a break from social media and returned in August with a heartwarming photo of himself, wife Hailey Baldwin Bieber, and their niece Iris.
If the studio posts from this week indeed signify Bieber's musical comeback, it would be eagerly awaited. After being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome in June 2022, he postponed several dates on his Justice World Tour and eventually canceled all remaining shows to prioritize his health. In a statement shared on his Instagram Story in September 2022, Bieber explained, "Earlier this year, I went public about my battle with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, where my face was partly paralyzed. As a result of this illness, I was not able to complete the North America leg of the Justice Tour." Fans are now eagerly anticipating Justin Bieber's return to the music scene after this hiatus.
