Jenna Ortega Expresses Hatred for AI, Deletes X Account After Seeing 'Dirty Edited' Pictures

Wednesday star Jenna Ortega has recently shared a very unnerving experience with artificial intelligence that she had as a teenager. She said in an interview that she found sex picture morphs of herself over the internet. This event turned really distressful for her; it made her delete her account on X and be more cautious while reaching out to new technology.

At the age of 12, Jenna Ortega faced harassment online. She got an unsolicited DM on X with a disturbing picture in it. This is one of the incidents among deepfakes with AI generated later, which brought out the message of how much brutality exists on the internet and how digital safety matters when young. "I used to have that Twitter account and I was told that, 'Oh, you got to do it, you got to build your image'. I ended up deleting it about two, three years ago because of the influx after the show had come out — these absurd images and photos, and I already was in a confused state that I just deleted it, " she added.
