The collection of photos features a selfie with the stunt team and glimpses of Gyllenhaal's workout routines and on-set filming. In a caption accompanying the pictures, Gyllenhaal expressed gratitude for the incredible crew and the fantastic team capturing moments during the film's time in the Dominican Republic. He teased, "So much more to come!"
The film in question, "Road House," recently unveiled its first trailer, described by Prime Video as a "high-octane, adrenaline-filled reimagining" of the 1989 Patrick Swayze classic. Gyllenhaal takes on the role of Dalton, a former UFC fighter turned bar bouncer at a roadhouse in the Florida Keys after retiring from professional fighting. The plot thickens as Dalton clashes with unruly patrons, ultimately facing a threat from a group of men eyeing the property, including MMA fighter Conor McGregor in his inaugural movie role.
Directed by Doug Liman, known for works like "The Bourne Identity" and "American Made," and scripted by Anthony Bagarozzi and Charles Mondry, the movie boasts a star-studded cast, including Jessica Williams, Daniela Melchior, Billy Magnussen, Joaquim de Almedia, Lukas Gage, Arturo Castro, B.K. Cannon, Beau Knapp, and Darren Barnet.
Gyllenhaal had previously teased the film's final stages of post-production in an audio studio, expressing his gratitude for the talented individuals involved in the project.
